Description:  After the passengers departed for downtown Old Forge the crew prepared to do the run around move. Because of the railbikes blocking the west siding and the local train and new locomotives blocking the east siding, the crew preformed a pull by move. First they took 1845 off the train and pulled it up on the siding.

Description:  The Adirondack Railroad ran their very first public excursion to Tupper Lake, NY on Sunday October 16, 2022. This was the first time in almost 42 years that a regular scheduled passenger train went to Tupper Lake, NY. I rode on the train as a passenger with several other members of the Central New York Chapter N.R.H.S. and Adirondack Railroad. Many of these members I havent seen in months and years. We got on the train at Utica, NY and left just after 8:30AM. Arrival at Tupper Lake was just before 1PM.
