It was published originally in the "National Railway Bulletin," Volume 53, Number 2, 1988, page 5. Partial Caption: "I1s No. 4605, one of 475 workhorse 2-10-0s built by Baldwin for the PRR in 1922-23, takes on a load of bituminous under the coaling facility at Denholm, Pa."
