Album Info:The SEPTA Transit Worker's Union strike in 1977 lasted 44-days, from March 25 through May 8. This album features operations on the NEC on Day 2 of the strike. At Morrisville on March 26, 1977, former PRR/PC Metroliners, GG1’s, an E-60, and a lone E-8A handled Amtrak’s North and Southbound traffic while Conrail operated local commuter traffic with Silverliner II's, and freight traffic with GG1’s and E-44’s
