Number 6311 was built by Baldwin as Class M-4 in October 1927 ( c/n 60211 ), converted to class M-4-A in February 1940 by application of 28X22 cylinders, roller bearings and cross counter balance ( main wheels only ), and sold for scrap in November 1960. |
