Description:  Here is page 27 of a 43-page article by James J.D. Lynch, Jr., entitled "Overview Of The History And Development Of The Pennsylvania Railroad's Altoona Shops." It was published originally in the Autumn 1996 issue of "Keystone" magazine, page 44. Top Right-Hand Photo: Stopped at the Altoona Passenger Station is the PRR's "Aerotrain," built by General Motors during July of 1955. Bottom Right-Hand Photo: Shown here is PRR I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapod" #3720 built as an I-1S in Juniata during 1919, rebuilt as an I-1SA in 1951, and retired in November of 1953.
