Description:
French. Here is an original photo by Harold Buckley, Jr., that was taken in Cincinnati, Ohio, on 26 August 1959. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9822, an EF-15A built by GM-EMD in May of 1951, rated at 1,500 horsepower, renumbered "1522" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger, and retired in October of 1967 after just 16 years of revenue service.
