OTDX 6170 was on an eastbound BNSF train rolling down the middle of Washington Street in New Iberia, Louisiana; and the stripes in the foreground are in the parking lot of the Iberia Parish Court House! This was an AAR class LF car, which carried 44 aluminum containers for transporting synthetic rubber. It was from the series OTDX 6000-6174, built by Thrall, and all have been retired. |
