Chicago & North Western Railway 13 at North Avenue in Chicago, Illinois on an unknown day in August 1981, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. The C&NW had a boxcar numbered 1, and I looked at every freight train for that car. Alas, I never found it, but I did come across 13 one day. It is stenciled: BLT 10-53 |
