The Mark Twain Zephyr continues north
The Mark Twain Zephyr trainset continues north on the River Line, approaching Walker where it will head east on the western sub. The restored Plainfield depot is just out of view to the left. This is probably the first passenger train to pass the depot since it was moved.

Ron Moraca General Robby, thank you very much for posting your photos. The Mark Twain Zephyr needs to be preserved in its entirety. How is the restoration going? 9/8/2008 10:46:36 PM
Robby Gragg General I'm not too sure at this time, but I do know it is now at some yard in Granite City where they restore passenger cars. 9/11/2008 10:53:02 PM
