David Stewart General Great shot! 12/7/2008 6:42:20 AM
David Stewart General Do you still shoot from this spot? I never see any shots from you standing here anymore. 12/7/2008 6:42:55 AM
William H. Davis Jr. General Thanks David, Sometimes I do. It's risky on 2 counts 1 being harassed by NS cops & the other risk is being robbed by 1 of the many transients that live near here. I never sit there. I have to be paying attention to the scanner & when I hear a train calling the signal at 13th street coming north I can drive down there to get the shot. It's best to just sit on the Richard Arrington overpass & when you see a train coming north just drive down to track level. 12/7/2008 6:49:28 AM
David Stewart General Yea, back here in Atlanta, We call them "Urban Out Doorsman" 12/7/2008 6:59:12 AM
William H. Davis Jr. General There has been shootings down there. I was on the overpass one day & I saw a swarm of police cars going to the very spot I shoot at 24th street & it was because of a shooting that day, so it's very risky to get that shot. I usually try to time it where I can be in & out of there in less than a minute, but all it takes is for those transient goons to have an opportunity, all it takes is a second for them to shoot you 12/7/2008 7:09:36 AM
