Here is page three of a seven-page article by Karl Zimmermann entitled "Pennsy's GG1s." It was published originally in the July-August 1987 issue of "Locomotive & Railway Preservation" magazine, page 34. Partial Photo Caption: "Raymond Loewy, creator of the Gs' undeniable appeal, stands proud at No. 4935's rededication ceremony in May 1977." Photo by Karl Zimmermann. Engine #4935 is a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) electric built in Juniata during March of 1943, rated at 4,620 horsepower, and presently on display at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg.
