warren evans General This is the first production phase of the U30C. ACL. PRR. recieved these. the U30B of this version was also. built from 12-66. to 4-67. NYC. SAL. CBQ. to name a few. the ph2 had the same carbody. but the radiator was cut back making the dynamic grid less. 2/12/2014 3:04:27 AM
