| Eleven loads and twelve spacer flat cars wait on siding at Payette. South Korean made equipment is for Idaho Power's new natural gas power plant being constructed adjacent to the lower Payette River in Idaho. The flat cars were delivered by UP Railroad. The railcars will be moved by INPR over its track to New Plymouth, Idaho where loads will be trucked to the building site. UP Huntington Sub. |
