MNCW 2033
A truly historic locomotive, this is the last FL-9 built for the New Haven Railroad and the last F unit built for any railroad. Acquired by the museum from Metro North, this FL-9 is one of the few unrebuilt and contains most of its original equipment and features. It will be restored to its original NH appearance as time and funds permit.

Anders Nyquist General Does the MN still run a few? The MN paint looks real good on these. 7/3/2012 1:45:44 AM
Paul Koprowski General Unfortunately Metro North and ConnDOT don't run any in revenue service. However there are a few still run regularly on tourist lines, like Maine Eastern and 2019 on Naugatuck's excursions. The few that are left on the MNCR and CDOT rosters are in storage at Croton Harmon and New Haven. 7/29/2013 3:43:05 PM
