The New Georgia Railroad operated from 1986 to 1993 as a scenic tourist line in southern Georgia. The cars from this line are now scattered about the country onto other scenic railroads or even museums. This one sits unused and vandalized on a siding of the Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad in Scottdale, Pa. The sad thing is that the local police station is just a few hundred feet away. The FLSX passenger car next to this one had an even worst fate, as someone set it on fire. |
