| CLOVIS NM May 25 1980 -- The crew has just cut off the power from an eastbound train. It is proceeding east to the track that will eventually take it to the engine facility for servicing. Santa Fe U36C 8754 was the trailing unit in the lashup. GE built the unit in July 1974 It was retired and sent to PRI in September 1992. It was then scrapped. (Roster information from atsfrr.net) |
