Scott K General Really interesting. I have an ADM elevator near me, and they sut shoved the S2 they were using to the end of the line. It sat for 3+ years before being restored and sent to a rr museum this summer. 12/20/2012 11:44:15 AM
Ralph Stallsworth General I'm wondering if you know what museum this Alco is going to Scott. I used to ride this locomotive back in the early 50's when it belonged to the Toledo Angola and Western Railway in Sylvania (near Toledo) Ohio... 9/17/2013 6:08:24 PM
Scott K General The museum is the Toledo Lake Erie and Western between Waterville and Grand Rapids, OH just south of Toledo. The engine is #62 and is currently usused. 10/7/2013 3:02:44 PM
Ralph Stallsworth General Thanks Scott. I'll look it up next time I get up that way... 10/7/2013 9:30:53 PM
Ralph Stallsworth General Scott... The TLEW says the #7118 Alco pictured above is not the #62 that they now have. Any other ideas where the above #7118 ended up? 11/4/2013 5:32:41 PM
Switchman Images General I believe this was scrapped & since replaced by an EMD SW9 or such. 7/14/2021 10:08:22 PM
