Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad RS1's #1111 & #3 work the Southern Railway Yard          
Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad RS1 #1111 was built January 1946 as Gulf, Mobile & Ohio #1111, later became Illinois Central Gulf #1275 and Louisiana Midland Railway #1111 before being acquired by CIRR. Upon retirement by CIRR, #1111 was sold to Conrad Yelvington and became CYDZ #262. Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad RS1 #3 was built June 1944 as Atlanta & St. Andrews Bay #909. After leaving CIRR roster, unit became Conrad Yelvington (CYDZ) #3 and later CYDZ #275

Bryan Smith General Classic photo.....so glad you got it. They are pulling out of the passing track in the Southern yard about to head back to the paper mill. The cut of boxes are empty. They were always lefton the passing track so the car cleaner could clean them out. Loads for the paper mill were left in the CIRR yard which they are headed towards in this photo.
