It's 11:53 AM and Amtrak train 2153(30) with power car 2005 operating on number 4 track scoops NS loaded coal train with 8414 leading on number 3 track at the 696 signals, PW line. Note the Stop/Approach signal on number 2 track. Just luck, signal was changing from Stop and Proceed to Approach.
