Not exactly an RDC         
The idea behind the title of MNs "Budd and Branch" trip was that it would run with a pair of RDCs on the ex New Haven branches served by MN. As I recall(30 years later) there was a mechanical issue with the Budd cars, and a pull-pull train powered by FL 9s was run. The cars were an ex Amtrak coach and this SEPTA ex Reading car.
