LNAC 4-4-0 #5 - Louisville, New Albany & Corydon RR  Contributor's Pick!
This little switcher served the 7.7 mile short line near Corydon, Indiana until being sold to another tiny indiana short line, the Ferdinand RR sometime between 1950-52. It's sister engine, #9, was the last to be sold to the Ferdinand RR in 1953 after being replaced by a GE 45 ton loco. If anyone knows the builder of this loco, please let me know. Would like to document accurately Indiana railroading as much as I can!
