Davis Jr.	General	True, but still maximum authorized speed for the train, they had working ditch lights as well, they had them extinguished meeting a train, if they had no working lights at all then they would have to display a white light such as their lantern & reduce speed to 20 MPH through crossing blowing the horn & ringing the bell, at least that's the rule on CSXT anyway, it may be different with NS	3/18/2014 7:58:30 AM
