It was not uncommon for P&LE power to come into Buffalo over the NS on coal trains originating in southwest PA. It had once been common for their power to run into Binghamton, and sometimes on to New England. By this time, P&LE was in trouble, and their power did not venture beyond Buffalo often. Heres a couple of units at SK. Note the D&H plow peeking out behind 2039
