Hump set  Contributor's Pick!
Conrail typicall used SD38s or U23C's for hump power due to their moderate horsepower that was good for working slow speed without burning up the motors. Most were mated witih MT 6 slugs, cut down from a variety of Alcos. For some reason, the Enola hump power today mates an SW 1500 with the U23C, a little different.
