| The string of Conoco Phillips tank cars stretches into the Illinois side of the IHB mainline. The 110 tankers in the train appear to have been built according to the CPC-1232 standards - head shields, top-fitting protection for fill pipe, and improved bottom outlet valves - all similar to the newer DOT 117 standards. |
