| A Southern Railway transfer run rolls past the railroad's Birmingham station behind SD9's 202 and 203 and SD7 201. The Southern only owned one SD7 and six SD9's - all originally Central of Georgia units - and at this time they were all being used in transfer service at Birmingham and Atlanta. |
