| Built by Alco-Brooks in sometime in February of 1917, this 2-8-2 Mikado was originally built as Pittsburgh, McKeesport & Youghiogheny #9558 (serial #56781, class H-8b), a subsidiary member of the NYC. In February 29, 1948, it and a few other sister Mikados were sent to the Monongahela RR and renumbered #198. No information was included on the photo so the date and location are arbitrary. |
