| The Missouri Pacific owned 140 GP15-1 and GP15AC units, and the 1694 was one of 26 repainted to UP colors with MP lettering between July 1984 and November 1985. They were gradually relettered UP between May 1987 and September 1993. The cranes in the background belonged to Avondale Shipyard. |
