PRR "Pennsylvania 9815," EF-15A, 1964         
Here is a postal card entitled "Pennsylvania 9815." No Postmark. Caption On Reverse: "Electro-Motive Division of GM model F-7 locomotive built for the Pennsylvania Railroad is at Jefferson, Indiana, August, 1964. Note the radio antenna on the roof, unique to the Pennsylvania R.R." Photo by Tom Smart. #9815 is an EF-15A built by GM-EMD in April of 1951, rated at 1,500 horsepower, and retired in November of 1966.
