PGR 42
PGR 42 heads up a train of frac sand empties on the Wisconsin & Northern. She's ex-CEFX 6057, exx-IAIS 157, exxx-LLPX 2806, exxxx-GATX 1242, nee-Reserve Mining 1242. Too bad they painted over the Gyralite!

Andre Wehrle General SD38-2 long hood forward leading a pair of SD45s (at least in looks)! No wonder WN quickly became my favorite railroad with power like this! Agreed about the Gyralites, other photos show it was fully intact (alhtough I don't know if they actually used it) as recently as 2012. It also has shed its "Proud Shortline Partner of Candian Pacific Railway" signs sometime in the last year or so. 11/2/2018 6:48:16 PM
