An all EMD standard cab consist leads a monster CSX Q620-04 with 518 axles as it passes through downtown Liverpool, NY. The grade crossing behind me is Oswego St. This location is at QM 4.5 of the CSX St. Lawrence Subdivision. 14 days ago, I caught CSXT 8066 on CSX Q620 at this spot.
