Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide by an unidentified photographer that was taken in South Amboy, New Jersey, on 5 October 1967. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9849, an AS-10A built by the American Locomotive Company as number "8429" in March of 1958, rated at 1,000 horsepower, and renumbered "9849" in preparation for the PRR-NYC meger.
