| This "sharknose" loco was built by Baldwin in january of 1952 as NYC 381. Although a good perfomer, it bounced onto several other rr rosters like the Monongahela as their #1216. There is a rumor that this loco and another RF-16A are stored in a remote Escanaba & Lake Superior RR building. Michael A Tedesco took this color slide of the loco. |
