PRR 1339, K-4S, 1955         
Camden. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by David R. Sweetland that was taken in Camden, New Jersey, on 30 August 1955. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #1339 and another locomotive whose number is not recorded. Both are K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacifics." #1339 was built in Juniata during May of 1918 and retired in February of 1956 after 38 years of faithful service. ("Stoneborobranch"; #31 of 69)
