| Big Boy 4023 waits to enter the roundhouse at Cheyenne. In order to support the massive Big Boys, the turntable at Cheyenne was replaced with a 126 version. Even so, the Big Boy would still overhang by three feet on each end. Roundhouse stalls were also extended, and water columns were raised to accomadate the nearly 16 foot tall tenders.
