| Sitting outside the Washington & Old Dominion shops area is WOD GE 70T #57. The loco was built by GE in March of 1956 for the WOD Railroad. It showed up in an RRPA listing as late as 1969, a year after the WOD closed. The loco was sent to the B&O's Baltimore engine terminal where a salvage dealer purched it and the other two lcoos. This was taken by an unidentified rail fan. |
