Sweetland. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by David R. Sweetland that was taken in East Altoona, Pennsylvania, in March of 1962. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9602, an AF-15 built by the American Locomotive Company in August of 1958, rated at 1,500 horsepower, and retired in December of 1963 after just 15 years of revenue service.
