Description:
CMStP&P 4-6-0 Class G8 1009, built by Baldwin in October 1901 (c/n 19540) as CM&StP Class B4 Vulclain compound number 382, 15 & 25 X 28 cylinders, 62 inch drivers. Renumbered CM&StP 1732 in September 1907, renumbered CM&StP 4332 in December 1912, rebuilt to simple (22 X 28 cylinders, 63 inch drivers) and renumbered CM&StP 2609 in May 1920 and reclassed G8, renumbered CMStP&P 1009 in August 1938, scrapped in December 1955.
